90 minutes of powerful movement, cardio, and bodyweight training inspired by martial arts philosophy. This high-energy session blends punches, kicks, strength-building, breathwork, and meditative focus—designed for all fitness levels. Led by two seasoned instructors—an experienced Karate coach and a skilled Kung Fu and fitness expert—this event brings together deep knowledge, passion, and energy to guide you through an empowering experience.
